ChatPic provides a temporary image-sharing platform that allows users to upload images and generate secure links with expiration and view limits.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not upload, share, or distribute content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
  • Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or offensive
  • Violates the privacy or rights of others
  • Depicts child exploitation in any form

You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share using ChatPic.

4. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content hosted on ChatPic infringes your copyright, please send a notice to [email protected] including:

  • A description of the copyrighted work
  • The specific link/URL to the allegedly infringing content
  • Your contact information
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized

We will review valid complaints and remove infringing content promptly.

5. Content Storage and Deletion

Images uploaded to ChatPic are stored temporarily based on the selected expiration time or maximum view limit.

Once the expiration time is reached or the view limit is exhausted, the image is automatically deleted.

We reserve the right to remove content at any time if it violates these Terms or poses a security or legal risk.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass security features or access restricted areas
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to abuse the Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, or malicious distribution

7. Advertising

ChatPic displays advertisements served by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense, to support the free operation of the Service. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for the products, services, or claims made in ads displayed on our site. Interactions with any advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep ChatPic available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

ChatPic is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or data exposure resulting from the use of our Service, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of uploaded images
  • Unauthorized access to shared links
  • Service interruptions or technical failures
  • Content served by third-party advertisers

You agree to indemnify and hold ChatPic harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
